A frantic call to 911 is the last connection anyone has to missing mother, Mikayla Standridge.

The 25-year-old reportedly can be heard screaming for help on the call before the connection is lost. Standridge was last reportedly seen running out of a house in Concrete, Washington early in the morning. Mardi Martone, Standridge's aunt, joins Crime Stories today for more on the investigation.

Erika Kirk, the widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk speaks out on the decision sending accused killer Tyler Robinson before a jury. She say the  judge’s decision marks “an important step” for her grieving family. The judge also ruled prosecutors can seek the death penalty at trial.  23-year-old Robinson has pleaded not guilty.

The official cause of death for Hayden Panettiere is still pending as local and federal authorities continue to investigate.  The initial autopsy showed no signs of physical trauma and officials are waiting on toxicology reports. Pills and Narcan were found near her body, leading to supposition that Hayden died of a drug overdose. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has joined the investigation. Hayden's California home was search after her death. 

On/off boyfriend Brian Hickerson, who was present when Hayden was found, released a statement through his attorney asking the public to allow the investigation to proceed without premature conclusions.
