Nichole Schmidt, the mother of missing Gabby Petito, says she feels her daughter is still alive, but she admits that could be hope on her part. In the meantime, boyfriend Brian Laundrie still has not spoken to authorities. Stepfather Joseph Schmidt, who is in Wyoming working with authorities searching for Gabby, calls Laundrie's lack of action, an act of cowardice.
