Kjersten Strang is a devoted mom to a young son, and her social media pages show it.  During a bike ride she was struck from behind by the driver of a Nissan Altima,   Xavier Rigby.

Without warning, Rigby slams Kjersten from behind, throwing the 38-year-old mother into the air. The force knocked her into the windshield of Rigby's car, trapping her.   Rigby does not stop; he continues driving for a mile, to a nearby liquor store. 

Police on the scene report Rigby shows multiple signs of impairment, including the smell of alcohol, bloodshot eyes, stumbling, and slurred speech. Rigby also refuses the roadside sobriety test, so police immediately arrest him and haul him off to the Pinellas County Jail. Police charge Rigby with leaving the scene of a crash involving death, vehicular homicide leaving the scene, and DUI manslaughter. 

More shocking details surface after Rigby's arrest, unveiling his previous extensive criminal driving record that includes a previous hit-and-run with DUI charges as well.

Michael McKee's charges are upgraded to four counts of aggravated murder in the deaths of his ex-wife, Monique Tepe, and her husband, Spencer.

The indictment specifies that the firearm used by McKee was equipped with a muffler or suppressor, commonly referred to as a "silencer." McKee also faces an additional charge of aggravated burglary for allegedly breaking into the Tepe home to commit the murders.

Police say McKee is the person captured on video walking in the alley behind the Tepe home between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. the morning of the murders.

Using license plate reader data and surveillance technology, detectives track McKee's vehicle traveling approximately 325 miles from Illinois to Columbus, Ohio, arriving shortly before the murders and leaving soon after.

Investigators have yet to mention a motive for the murders, labeling the killings as "domestic violence-related."

McKee and Monique were married for a short period of time and have been divorced since 2017, but a clerical error caused the divorce case to receive a new hearing date, appearing on the docket for this past June and showing a trial date for September, just three months before the murders.

When court officials determine it is a clerical error, the court date for September is cancelled.​

Keith Zlomsowitch, a former boyfriend of Nicole Brown Simpson, has written a new book titled "STALKED: 'It could have been me."

Zlomsowitch's book is his firsthand account of his relationship with O.J. Simpson's ex-wife, Simpson's stalking, the murders of Brown and Ron Goldman, and the trial.

Keith Zlomsowitch, a restaurateur dated Nicole Brown Simpson for about a month, shortly after she separated from O.J. Simpson. Their relationship was characterized by intense stalking from O.J. Simpson.

Zlomsowitch told a grand jury that Simpson stalked and spied on them, including a time he watched them through a window while they were on the couch during sex.

In the new book, Zlomsowitch shares details never before released, and today he joins Nancy Grace.

The night of Nicole's murder, after daughter Sydney’s dance recital, Nicole, the children, and her family leave O.J. Simpson behind at the school for dinner with friends at Mezzaluna, an Italian restaurant in Brentwood.

When Nicole's mother accidentally leaves her glasses behind, friend Ron Goldman, who works at the restaurant, volunteers to drop them off at Nicole's house. Goldman leaves Mezzaluna at 9:45 p.m.

Later that night, a neighbor sees Nicole's dog, a white Akita named Kato, wandering the neighborhood alone, barking. The neighbor assumes Kato got out of the yard, but the dog seems agitated, and on closer inspection, they notice he has bloody paws.

The neighbor follows Kato to investigate, discovering Nicole and Ron’s bodies at 12:10 a.m.

Detectives Mark Furhman and Philip Vannatter go to Simpson's home, which is nearby, and notify him of his wife's death. Furhman sees what appears to be bloodstains on Simpson's Ford Bronco decides to jump the fence to gain access to Simpson's property.

Vannatter declares Simpson’s home to be a crime scene and goes to secure a search warrant for the house around 7 a.m.
