Kristi and Steve Goncalves were outraged a plea deal was struck with four-time killer Bryan Kohberger.

Kaylee's parents reveal they were kept in the dark about the details of their daughter's brutal murder. 

Steve and Kristi have been openly critical, expressing their disappointment after Kohberger showed no remorse for the brutal killings and avoided the death penalty by pleading guilty. Both parents say the plea was mishandled by prosecutors and felt it was a rush to avoid a lengthy trial.
