Multiple women writing to Watts,  sending him love letters and money through the mail overloading his commissary. 

Wife, Shanann Watts, was found buried in a shallow grave. Shanann was buried face down, wrapped in a sheet, with Nico between her legs, birthing him postmortem. in a shallow grave. Watts said he buried her face down and away from the girls to punish her. Bella and Celeste were inside of an oil tank, and about 50 feet away.
