Legal battles are not over for Amber Heard. Johnny Depp was awarded $8.3 million dollars in court after a jury agreed that his former wife, Heard, defamed the 'Pirates of the Carribean" actor. Heard's insurer sued saying the actress' policy does not cover any of the $8.3 million because it doesn't cover "willful" misconduct. That is what the jury found Heard was liable for. Initially, a judge agreed saying the insurers do not have to cover any payouts. Now Heard is countersuing New York Marine and General Insurance Co. that it promised to pay her defense costs and judgments against her up to a million dollars, no matter what. She says the company hasn't lived up to their end of the bargain.
