The preliminary hearing for D4vd (David Anthony Burke) continues in the death 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. D4vd faces multiple serious charges, including:
First-degree murder with special circumstances (lying in wait, murder for financial gain, and killing a witness)
Continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14
Unlawful mutilation of human remains
