Kaitlin Armstrong's trial for the murder of Moriah “Mo” Wilson is set for October. Armstrong entered a plea of not guilty and now her attorney is laying out her defense....cast doubt about the prosecution’s case against his client. Attorney Rick Cofer has demanded a speedy trial for Armstrong and entered multiple motions for evidence from the prosecution. The prosecution says both sides are still waiting on evidence. Cofer has also raised questions about the police investigation and whether cops ignored the possibility of another suspect.
