Geologist Daniel Robinson drives away from his worksite west of Phoenix, Arizona, and is never seen again. David Robinson, who lives in South Carolina, has been in Arizona leading searches himself after his son's Jeep was found by a rancher found.

The blue, 2017 Jeep Renegade was discovered in a remote, shallow ravine on his property, rolled over and on its side. The vehicle’s airbags were deployed, and authorities said the evidence shows that Robinson was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash. 

The rancher, who runs cattle in the area, says the vehicle was not there just three days before.  The private detective hired by Robinson’s father, David, says he believes the crash “looked like a stage event to me.”

Data shows after the airbags were deployed, someone turned the Jeep's ignition over at least 46 more times.

Elizabeth Short was an American woman found nude,  murdered in Los Angeles, California, in 1947. She became know as the "Black Dahlia."  The case was highly publicized due to its gruesome nature, and remains unsolved. 

The Zodiac killer,  pseudonym of an unidentified serial killer, murdered at least five people in the San Francisco Bay Area over the span about nine months.   He claimed in letters to have killed 37 people, but he was never identified. 

A new book suggests a conclusion, a connection between the death of the "Black Dahlia" and The Zodiac killer.  Alex Baber, Director at 'Cold Case Consultants of America'  says he's used AI and his codebreaking skills to crack the Zodiac Killer's letter. The Zodiac Killer and Black Dahlia killer are the same.

Bill Thomas is a victim advocate and the brother of Cathy Thomas, one of the original victims of the Colonial Parkway murders. For nearly four decades, he has worked with law enforcement, forensic experts, and journalists to seek answers in his sister’s case and accountability for all affected families. Bill is co-host of the podcast, "Mind Over Murder," where he focuses on cold cases, investigative transparency, and the systemic challenges families face in long-term homicide investigations.

Kristin Dilley is a true crime podcaster, researcher, writer, and teacher based in Williamsburg, Virginia. Kristin has worked alongside Bill Thomas for more than seven years and is the co-host of "Mind Over Murder," where she examines cold cases with an emphasis on evidence, patterns, and victim-centered accountability.
