Singer D4vd has new representation in court, now being represented by a public defender. Prosecutors claim D4vd had a financial motive to murder Celeste Rivas.  David Anthony Burke has been declared broke despite earning millions from his music career.  Attorneys for Celeste's family disputes indigent clams says D4vd has 3 companies under his name. 

There are accusations that he may have transferred assets or hidden money through corporations and his mother or manager. Public records also show his father selling property and taking out loans during the legal fallout.
