Washington state first responders answer a call about a child overdosing. When EMTs arrive, the child’s mother refuses to let them inside to treat the toddler and cops have to force their way in. Thankfully, the child’s grandmother had already administered two doses of Narcan. The child is rushed to the hospital, and expected to survive.
