Tyler Robinson will stand trial for shooting Charlie Kirk to death on a college campus. Robinson is  accusing of firing the lone bullet which tore through Kirk's neck. Three other bullets were found in magazine of the alleged murder weapon, a rifle belonging to Robinson's grandfather.  Robinson faces seven total criminal charges. Aggravated murder is the primary charge. Robinson has pleaded not guilty, but prosecutors are actively seeking the death penalty.

DNA tied Robinson to the recovered rifle.

Tool markings matched a Dremel device.

Robinson's roommate testified about a direct confession.

Toxicology reports on Hayden Panettiere's death are still pending, but sources say the actress died after taking one Oxycodone pill laced with Fentanyl.  The investigation has turned bi-coastal as the Feds look closely at drug related text messages between Hayden and someone who may have been supplying her with drugs. 

California neighbors report regularly seeing three people at Hayden's home, just long enough to drop off packages, suspected to be drug dealers. We know that Hayden's Los Angeles home was searched by federal drug agents shortly after her death, reportedly looking for evidence linking the the reported fatal pill that killed her to a possible drug dealer.
