D4vd's family is fighting grand jury subpoenas related to the death of teen Celest Rivas Hernandez, whose body was found in his, David Anthony Burke's abandoned Tesla.

D4vd's mother, father, and brother were subpoenaed, and now they claim their rights are being violated. The case is being investigated in California. The Burke family lives in Texas.

The matter will be taken up during another hearing on Febuary 24.

The FBI  confirms a glove found near Nancy Guthrie's home appears to match those worn by the masked suspect seen in surveillance video. Sixteen gloves have been sent for analysis with speculation that many of the gloves were worn and discarded by search staff. 

Police activity over the weekend resulted in no arrests and today TMZ received a 4th email about the kidnapping.

He is currently a supervisor with the Child Sex Trafficking Team at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, supporting agencies with analytical support, operational planning, training, and investigative awareness. He has received multiple professional honors, including the Polaris Star Award, Florida Intelligence Law Enforcement Officer of the Year, the Frederick Douglass Human Trafficking Award, and 2023 induction into the National Law Enforcement Officer Hall of Fame.
