A Chicago mother and daughter, are both charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of Marlen Ochoa-Lopez, who police say was murdered before her baby  was cut out of her body.

Toxicology reports on Hayden Panettiere's death are still pending, but sources say the actress died after taking one Oxycodone pill laced with Fentanyl.  The investigation has turned bi-coastal as the Feds look closely at drug related text messages between Hayden and someone who may have been supplying her with drugs. 

California neighbors report regularly seeing three people at Hayden's home, just long enough to drop off packages, suspected to be drug dealers. We know that Hayden's Los Angeles home was searched by federal drug agents shortly after her death, reportedly looking for evidence linking the the reported fatal pill that killed her to a possible drug dealer.
