The likelihood of the DNA found on a knife sheath found inside the Idaho student murder house being someone other that Bryan Kohberger is astronomical. An STR (short tandem repeat) analysis shows the suspect's DNA is a “statistical match.”
Documents state “the STR profile is at least 5.37 octillion times more likely to be seen if (the) Defendant is the source than if an unrelated individual randomly selected from the general population is the source.” An octillion is equal to a number followed by 27 zeros.
