Fraser Bohm's murder trial set to begin in December. The 24-year-old is currently out of custody on a $4 million bond. He's charged with four counts of second-degree murder and four counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence. 

He's accused of driving 104 mph on the Pacific Coast Highway crashing into and killing four Pepperdine University seniors: Niamh Rolston, Peyton Stewart, Asha Weir, and Deslyn Williams. Bohm maintains he was being chased.  The latest evidence against him, produced by the prosecutor is a reported 12-pound tank of nitrous oxide in the front seat of his car.
