A nine-year-old Detroit student says a substitute teacher hit him and ordered other children to attack him inside a classroom on the city’s west side, leaving him injured and afraid to return to school.

A woman in Iowa is accused of trying to cause a woman to have a miscarriage by delivering a pan of lasagna allegedly laced with oxycodone to a pregnant woman’s family.
