Fifteen years after a young Iowa realtor was shot and killed during an open house, an arrest in a case that led to changes across the industry meant to keep agents safe.

In Indiana, a groom is arrested at the courthouse just moments before his wedding after deputies say he lied on his marriage paperwork and failed to disclose his past as a registered sexual violent predator.
