A husband says he is still trying to understand how his thirty-two-year-old wife ended up shot to death during the early morning hours in Mesa, Arizona, leaving behind seven young children. 

West Virginia lawmakers are pushing a bill that would let the state sell machine guns to some residents at West Virginia State Police headquarters.
