A man is now behind bars more than a year after investigators say he violently shook and spanked his five-week-old daughter, leaving her with fatal injuries inside a Daytona Beach, Florida home.

In Tennessee, a grandmother says she spent nearly six months in jail for crimes she did not commit after police in North Dakota relied on facial recognition software that mistakenly identified her as a bank fraud suspect.
