A man in Ohio is indicted and labeled a sexually violent predator after prosecutors say he used a trick to enter a locked store bathroom and sexually assault a six-year-old girl just days after being released from prison.

A seventy-year-old Georgia woman is charged with murder after deputies say she shot her seventy-seven-year-old husband in the head inside their home in Madison County, after he shot and killed her dog.
