A man is now charged in California in the killing of a pregnant 16-year-old who vanished six years ago, while her body and the remains of her unborn child have still not been found.

The Justice Department is now moving to drop charges against an Army veteran who burned an American flag near the White House in a protest tied to President Donald Trump’s executive order on doing so.
