The word itself tells the story. Dis-courage. No courage. No heart. And whether it comes from exhaustion, unmet expectations, or a world that seems to be getting harder by the day, every person reading this has probably been there.

Joshua 1:9 says it plainly: Do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. The question God asks in that verse implies something important—He expected us to become discouraged from time to time.

So, what do you do with it? You check your expectations. You come with humility. You focus on what you actually control—which is your own obedience, your own heart, your own next step. You do what you can, where you are, with what you have, and you trust God with the rest.

That is not giving up. That is faith.
