Haymakers for Hope is literally fighting for a cure for cancer. Every May, 30 people who have never stepped into a boxing ring before, step into the squared circle for 3 rounds in honor of a loved one who is battling (or unfortunately succumbed to) cancer. They receive 4 months of free boxing training from sponsoring nearby gyms before fighting in front of a live studio audience at the House of Blues on Thursday, May 17th (TONIGHT). Andrew Myerson is the Founder of this amazing cause & event.
