This live episode is based on a situation Julie is currently dealing with, passive-aggressive behaviour. 

Behaviours such as passive-aggressive,  submissive, aggressive and assertive are learnt and we can move from one to another but assertiveness is the place to be. 

If your learnt behaviour is aggressive then you use this behaviour to get people to back off, this works in the short term but is not sustainable over the longer term. 

Assertive behaviours are a set of skills, a set of behaviours that everyone can learn.
