Back in the day people used to call websites a “brochure.” While some people still just see it as a must have “expensive flyer on the internet”, it can and should be so much more than that.

I like to see a website as your storefront or welcoming office. A place where people walk in (land on) and know they are in the right place, it’s a good feeling, they get you AND they can ask for help, book a time or buy from you right there and then.
