Shouting support for Palestine from MP’s office rooftop
featuring former Independent Byron Shire Councillor and Northern Rivers Friends of Palestine member Cate Coorey
Protesters took to the rooftop of Justine Elliot’s electorate office in the Tweed on 18 September, calling for stronger national government action in support of Palestine.
Ms Elliot is the long-running federal Labor member for Richmond and former Byron shire Councillor Cate Coorey was the lead protest spokesperson.
