New figures have renewed concerns about land clearing in Australia, with conservationists warning the loss of native habitat is putting endangered wildlife at greater risk. We'll hear from WWF-Australia's Dr Stuart Blanch about what's at stake.

We'll also look at Australia's record-low smoking rate and why health experts say tougher enforcement is needed to tackle the growing illegal tobacco trade.

And have you ever argued with a child about putting on a jumper because they insist they're not cold? Rod Chambers explores why children experience things like temperature and pain differently to adults.

We'll also head to Suffolk Park, where there are renewed calls to restore Bird Lake. Community advocates, including Suffolk Park Community Association President Kelly Minahan, say years of planning have laid the groundwork and now they want to see action to protect one of the Northern Rivers' most important wetlands
