Tweed Shire Council is appealing for information after a series of mature trees were deliberately cut down and poisoned across the region. I spoke with Jane Lofthouse from Tweed Shire Council to learn more about what exactly has been happening.

We'll touch on discussions for the future of the Northern Rivers rail corridor. It remains in the spotlight, with debate continuing over whether the region should have a rail trail, rail services, or both.

More than four years after the 2022 floods, residents in Lismore are calling for a halt to the demolition of flood-affected homes, arguing they should be relocated and reused to help address the housing crisis. We are going to hear about the rally that took place last Saturday in Lismore and take a closer look and how the campaign is going.

We'll look at concerns that Australia's under-16 social media ban is creating new barriers for young people with disability.

We are also heading overseas to examine the unrest in Belfast and what it could tell us about growing political divisions in the United Kingdom.
