Brooke Carter shares the story of their beautiful boy, Hugo, who was just 10 weeks old when he was diagnosed with brain cancer. After a brutal battle, Hugo passed away in April at just 21 months old.

Brooke and her family are now passionate about raising much needed awareness and fundraising for research in Hugo's honour.
