Community DC Host Dennis Glasgow welcomes to the Program for the first time, Olu Adebayo, he is  the Rainbow Place Shelter, located in Rockville MD is an emergency shelter for homeless women. Historically operating as a seasonal winter hypothermia program, they are working to secure a new location to expand into a year-round, 24/7 facility that also accommodates youth and young adults.
