**Community Connection: Empowering Communities through Dance and Faith**

Today on Community Connection, we're talking about two incredible initiatives that are making a difference in our community. From the world of dance to the world of faith, our guests are passionate about empowering individuals and bringing people together.

In the first half of the show, we're joined by Monica Munoz, the executive director of Kids Dance Outreach (KDO), a program that brings dance to children in Indianapolis schools, free of charge. Monica shares the story of how KDO has grown from a small pilot program to a thriving organization, serving over 26,000 children to date. We learn about the importance of dance as a language and a form of expression, and how KDO is creating a sense of belonging and connection among children from diverse backgrounds.

In the second half of the show, we're joined by Dr. Brandon Cosby, President/CEO Flanner House of Indianapolis to share exciting news about the upcoming Gala/Fundraiser, Programs, Mission and the Future. 

Pastor Gerald Trotter, who's organizing a gathering of Christian men from black churches throughout central Indiana. This event, inspired by the concept of "iron sharpening iron," aims to bring men together to enhance their community and themselves. We also talk to Reverend Richard Hunter, who shares his insights on the importance of men coming together and supporting one another.
