We end with a beautiful reminder: even when we lose focus, even when our courage gives way to fear, we can still call out like Peter. The same Jesus who saved him will save us too — immediately, without hesitation. A gentle thought to carry today: Peter walked to Jesus alone, but he may have walked back hand‑in‑hand with Him. John 21:15-19 recounts Jesus' post-resurrection restoration of Simon Peter, asking him three times, "Do you love me?" after their breakfast by the sea, each time commissioning Peter to "Feed my lambs," "Tend my sheep," and "Feed my sheep," foreshadowing Peter's eventual martyrdom and concluding with the command, "Follow me!".
