Q&A with Jim Sterk 9-23

View descriptionShare

One quarter of the way through the regular season, Missouri football is 1-2 for the second consecutive year following a 35-3 home blowout to Purdue. Before the season, athletic director Jim Sterk said he defined progress within the football program as making a bowl game, saying six wins was "a minimum of what you would want, what our alums want." The Tribune's Daniel Jones talked with Sterk on Friday about his takeaways from the first three games of the football season and whether those three games have impacted his opinion on the program. They also touched on the buzz that still lingers around the men’s basketball team and Missouri’s upcoming game against Auburn.
