Sunday Business Spotlight -- October 27th, 2024.  This week Joanne Nelson, Director, and Kristin Cummins, Deputy Director, of the @Boone County Community Services Department join us to talk about the recently finished Boone County-City of Columbia Housing Study.  We discuss the housing study and the four main recommendations it makes to start the process of affecting "attainable" housing in Columbia and Boone County, Missouri.  We also discuss the Housing Summit held on Thursday, October 24th that introduced the 300+ page report.
