But its mission soon expanded to address mental health and wellness among his fellow officers. He speaks to Enrique about the toll his work as a homicide detective takes, what he does to maintain his own mental health, what to look for in a therapist, and other resources available to those who may need them.

Her dreams of going to college and becoming a traveling nurse were cut tragically short. Police believed many witnesses saw what happened, but only one came forward with information.
