ODOT Region 5 Public Information Officer Tom Strandberg and Community Affairs Specialist Vicki Moles talk about what drivers who know about motoring safely in fog, snow and black ice. They also talk about how to go about chaining up. Another topic discussed are the safety changes happening on I-84 between Pendleton and La Grande. Strandberg then talks about studded tires and what motorists need to take care of to have their vehicle ready for winter. Safety tips on what drivers should do when they encounter plows is also discussed.
