Pendleton City Manager Robb Corbett recaps last night's Pendleton Development Commission and City Council meetings. Starting with the PDC, he talks about a building grant extension request by Hotel Pendleton owner Sidney True, then a follow-up on the PDC's five-year plan. Next, Corbett shares some of the public comments the city council received at the start of their meeting from residents concerning the homeless. He then summarizes the airport commission's annual report and talks about the first reading to amend the ordinance relating to fees for public safety capital improvements. Corbett then talks about the memorandum of understanding for sale of real property to the Pendleton Round-Up for its master develpment plan. He wraps up the conversation talking about annexing land off NW Golden Avenue and Reith Road.
