Next, he talks about the request to renew the city's enterprise zone through 2036. Morgan also talks about how the city's infrastructure keeps pace with rapid residential expansion and how the city is maintaining that small town feel. He wraps up the conversation talking about mobile food vendors and the recently passed ordinance that addresses unlicensed food vendors.
