Umatilla County Community Development Department Director Robert Waldher explains why the County Planning Department  recently reorganized to Community Development. He also talks about how this reorganization impacts staffing, he also talks about the services/programs provided by the department. Waldher also discusses the community and economic development grant program and talks about some of the recent funds that were awarded.
