Umatilla County Commissioner Dan Dorran discusses cleanup and repairs being made following last weekend's high water event caused by recent rainfall and snowmelt. Next, he talks about the request to establish a curbside recycling rate, which would begin July 1, 2026, for cities with a population over 4,000 people for residents inside city limits and urban growth areas as part of Oregon's Recycling Modernization Act. Dorran wraps up the conversation talking about a county goat grazing contract for weed abatement.
