Next, he talks about the request to establish a curbside recycling rate, which would begin July 1, 2026, for cities with a population over 4,000 people for residents inside city limits and urban growth areas as part of Oregon's Recycling Modernization Act. Dorran wraps up the conversation talking about a county goat grazing contract for weed abatement.
