City Manager Robb Corbett begins the conversation talking about the appointment of a municipal court judge at last night's city council meeting. He then spoke about a resolution related to an inter-fund loan for the Urban Forestry Fund and another resolution updating council rules of order regarding the use of pronouns. Public hearings were also held on establishing limited immunity from certain claims resulting from use of trails in public easements and unimproved rights-of-way, adjustments to the public works fee schedule and building department proposed fee increase.
