Next, Corbett talks about council approval for appointments to the airport commission and housing committee, plus a resolution on updating fees for 2026. Campbell then explains the franchise ordinance for Charter Communications and gives updates on series of projects at Roy Raley Park, Centennial Park and Brownfield Park. Corbett wraps up the conversation giving a brief update on the the city's work dealing with the strategic plan.

Lt. Tony Nelson talks about graffiti and graffiti abatement, then shares concerns as the Oregon Legislature enters its last week. He also gives an update on the vehicles PPD is waiting for. Next, Nelson talks about what's changing with code enforcement that wasn't being done before. He also talks about the process that's underway to determine if PPD wants to continue with its K-9 program. Nelson then talks about the swearing in of Officer Anthony Scott and what will be happening with promotions and other changes at the department now that he (Nelson) is taking over as chief.
