They also talks about why first foods are imporant and how they are celebrated, plus what current first foods are available and how they are harvested. Next, they discuss the treaty rights CTUIR members have to harvest first foods, what is being done to protect and promote them, how people can learn more about first foods and how are first foods prepared for eating.
