He then recaps this months training session in Boardman from an expert in child psychology which was organized by the Oregon Trail Regional Educator Network. Mulvihill then talks about the Crystal Apple Awards and when the banquets will be held and winners will be announced. Next, he talks about chronic absenteeism and whether Oregon needs a longer school year.
