John Blagg previews the Independence Day celebrations coming up in Pendleton. Fireworks show Monday, July 3 at 10 p.m. Blagg then goes into detail about the Fourth of July Parade, Tuesday, July 4 at 10 a.m. The route will be from City Hall to Main St. to SW Court to the Pendleton Convention Center.
