Next, he talks about the Oregon Legislature passing a ban on face coverings for law enforcement and what his concerns are regarding this. Rowan then talks about staffing and the collision involving a UCSO vehicle with a Pendleton Police Department vehicle and what type of investigation is involved when something like that happens.
