Mayor McKennon McDonald recaps the July 1 Pendleton City Council meeting. She explains approval of two interfund loan renewals for the UAS capital improvement fund and the city's urban forestry fund. Under new business she explains at length request for council to discuss and indicate if they are interested in pursuing an updated park system development charge. McDonald also talks about the police department contract for patrol officers and staff, plus gives an update on filling the council seat vacancy.
