Mayor John Turner and City Manager Robb Corbett recap yesterday's (Tues., July 16) Pendleton Development Commission and City Council meetings. Starting with the PDC, Turner gives a status report on the Path to Success business competition. Then, speaking of the city council meeting, Corbett discusses the public hearing on the street tree ordinance, bids awarded for a bucket truck/chipper to maintain city trees. Plus, Turner talks about the first reading for the dangerous dog ordinance and Corbett talks about a request to council to redirect funding of Get Wild to an event incubator. Turner also gives an update on the Christian Science Building.
